Governance
The CBWOQ Board of Directors is a governance board that provides gifted, godly, and future-focused leadership to the ministry of our organization.
CBWOQ Board Targets
1. Women will grow spiritually (Hebrews 6:1-3)
- Will be in God’s Word
- Will have evidence of the fruit of the spirit (love, joy,peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility and self-control)
2. Women will live the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19,20)
- individually
- locally
- regionally
- nationally and globally
3. Women will cultivate the next generation (Psalm 78:4,6)
- Women will be in nurturing and discipling relationships.
4. Leaders will be developed (2 Timothy 4:11)
- Leaders will be identified
- Leaders will be trained
- Leaders will have opportunities to exercise their gifts
5. Women will be informed (Romans 15:4)
- to appreciate our history
- to motivate us in the present
- and propel us into our future
6. Women will practice stewardship (2 Corinthians 9:11)

Serving on the CBWOQ Board is an opportunity for women to steward their expertise, gifts and abilities for kingdom purposes while serving alongside like-minded women and growing their leadership skills. Membership
We value all CBWOQ members and their investment into the health and vitality of our organization. We invite you to consider serving with us in this way.
While all women are welcome to join our community and participate, members are invited to our AGM and other special meetings where voting privileges are exercised. Prior to meetings, members receive information about motions to be presented and reports on our activities, including financial.
In order to serve our membership effectively and ensure excellence in communications, we require each member to complete the Annual Membership Registration Form. The registration period for members opens each year on October 1 and closes the following January 31.
Membership is for one year. All members must be registered annually.
