Helena Bergen
Helena comes to CBWOQ with a passion to equip and empower women to fulfill their God-ordained callings, and to see the development of vibrant and dynamic communities of women who are marked by deep and transformational knowing of God’s love and purpose for them, love for each other and for their communities.

Tracey Bagley
Tracey has ministered within the Canadian Baptist family for years. She gives leadership to our discipleship/spiritual formation programming while developing a supporting network for women who lead. She also pastors South Cayuga Baptist Church and is a certified spiritual director.

Abby Lambshead
Abby is engaged in her church and community. She has a strong passion for mission, both locally and globally, stemming from her cross-cultural experiences. With two boys to care for, she is dedicated to supporting fellow moms in this stage of life and is enthusiastic about cultivating intergenerational connections.

Rachel Merino
Rachel is passionate about people: connecting, encouraging and equipping women of all ages to grow in their God-given talents and serve their communities - both in and outside the church. With a love for cooking & baking, she often makes food to share with her family, church and neighbours. She resides in Toronto, Ontario with her husband, three children and feisty Boston Terrier.

Noreen McMaster
Noreen is married with two children. She chairs the deacons board at Omemee Baptist Church, and is CBWOQ’s women’s ministry link for Trent-Valley Association.

Rev. Gloria Stafford
Gloria is the Associate Pastor and Director of Life Transitions Counselling at Thornhill Baptist Church. She enjoys working with new Canadians, youth and leading the Alpha program at church. She also enjoys music, walking, reading, sewing and needle arts.

Heather Rumble-Peterson

Sandra Mok
A member of Mississauga Chinese Baptist Church, Sandra holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from McGill University and has worked for the Ontario Public Service since 2005. She lives in Mississauga with her husband and two teenage children.

Jane Masenda
Originally from Zimbabwe, Jane is a mother to three adult children and grandmother to three. She is an active community volunteer in St. Catharines, where she lives and worships at Queen Street Baptist Church.

Jackeline Riedstra
Jackeline is from Brazil and has made Toronto her home since 2019. She is passionate about business and social services. Currently, she is fully dedicated to her role at a nonprofit organization in the city and is an active member of Yorkminster Park Baptist Church.

Irma Vartanian
Irma is a seasoned Global Leadership and Intercultural Competence Trainer, specializing in People Skills for Leaders, Team Performance and Communication across Cultures. She conducts trainings demonstrating flexibility in meeting diverse learning needs
Irma is a Group Leader for women at the Bible Study Fellowship and attends Temple Baptist Church in Montreal.
She serves on several national and international boards with loyalty, integrity, empathy & commitment, and volunteers as a Mentor for emerging women leaders & entrepreneurs.
Irma is a mother of two young adults, a friendly beagle and is dedicated to serving the Lord.

Ruth Wilkinson
Ruth is the Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Cobourg, Ontario. She also supports from behind the scenes her husband's ministry - a Christian bookstore. They have two adult sons. Ruth divides her ministry passion between preaching and teaching, and street chaplaincy among people who are homeless and addicted, as well as community members who serve on that frontline. She enjoys reading mysteries and sci-fi, and playing video games.

Janice Charko
Janice is a FCPA (she says that F means fabulous but it actually means Fellow), FCGA, CFP, CDir.
She is a self employed licensed public accountant and teaches at Humber College part time.
Janice belongs to Kipling Avenue Baptist Church where she is a director and treasurer.
Janice brings an incredible background sitting on several boards. She was on the CBOQ board from 2013-2023 - including a term as president from 2021-2022.
