We’re also thrilled to have Beth Allison Barr as our plenary speaker. A bestselling author and historian, Beth is best known for her acclaimed book The Making of Biblical Womanhood. As a professor of history at Baylor University, she brings a deep love for Scripture, a passion for the church, and a heart for helping God’s people understand the stories that have shaped our faith.

Her insights will invite us to honour our heritage, celebrate the women who have gone before us, and look with hope toward the future God is forming.

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday morning. This is a time for registered members to gather, reflect, and engage with our shared work. If you’re unable to attend in person, a virtual option is available. We look forward to connecting with you!

Standard Full Weekend Registration: $125

This fee covers the full cost of the event, including venue, materials, and programming. For those who are able to contribute at the full price, we thank you for supporting the gathering and helping make it possible for others to attend.

Community Full Weekend Support Registration: $50

We understand that financial circumstances can vary. This option is designed to ensure that the gathering remains accessible to all members of our community. If this price better aligns with your current situation, we welcome you to select it.

For anyone who wants to attend just the gala dinner, this option is available.

Registration Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations before April 10th: Refund of registration minus $15.
2. Cancellations after April 10th: No refund. Exception: In the case of accident or illness of the registrant, or a death in the family: refund minus $15.
3. Registration forms without payment: These are not considered registered. Meals will not be ordered and workshop choices will not be held.
